Class Description:
Welcome to Abilities, a specially crafted class designed to cater to the unique needs of children with intellectual disabilities. Our experienced instructors provide a safe and supportive space where each child can enjoy tailored gymnastics activities, building fundamental skills at their own pace. In this inclusive environment, we focus on fostering friendships, boosting confidence, and creating a positive, judgment-free zone. Join us as we celebrate each child’s unique abilities and embark on a journey of fun, creativity, and growth.

While we aim to cater to all children, this class may not be suitable for every individual. Nevertheless, we’re dedicated to inclusion and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. We approach each session with openness and adaptability, fostering a supportive environment for all participants in our Abilities class.
